Processing Time

  1. Order Processing:
    • Orders are processed within 10 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
  2. Notifications:
    • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed, including a tracking number.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  1. Delivery Timeframes:
    • For in-stock items: Standard shipping 7-14 business days (varies by location).
    • For pre-order items: Standard shipping 4-6 weeks or more.
  2. Delivery Partners:
    • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your items arrive promptly and in good condition.
  3. Note:
    • Delivery times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding the official and religious holidays in UAE.
  • Orders placed before 1 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
  • All orders are prepared and dispatched with meticulous care to align with BAHAR's premium standards.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by delivery tracking information for your parcel. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, precise dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

  1. Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
    • Any applicable duties, taxes, or surcharges are displayed at checkout.
  2. Free Shipping:
    • Free shipping is available for orders exceeding a specified amount. Details of the free shipping threshold will be mentioned during the checkout process.

International Shipping

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    • International shipments may incur duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
    • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and will be assessed at delivery.
  2. Regulations:
    • Please ensure that the items in your order comply with the destination country’s import regulations.

Tracking Your Order

  1. Order Tracking:
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment's progress.
  2. Lost Packages:
    • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at contact@bahar.design for assistance.
    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@bahar.design with photos of the package and items. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are accurate when placing your order, as we cannot redirect packages once the courier has processed the shipment. To avoid any delivery issues, double-check your address details before finalizing your purchase.

Signature Requirement for Delivery

To ensure secure delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt of all BAHAR orders. Once the package is signed for, responsibility for the items transfers to the recipient. Please note that BAHAR is not liable for any order that is signed for at a multi-occupancy address, such as an office or shared building. We recommend selecting a delivery location where you or a trusted individual will be available to sign.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
    • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  2. Restricted Countries:
    • Due to shipping restrictions, we may be unable to deliver to certain countries. You will be notified during checkout if this applies.
